CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation for fully pre-paid bookings made more than 90 days prior to date of arrival will receive a full refund, less bank administration fee (20%) and Resort administration fee (20%) of the total booking.
EARLY CHECK OUT
Full charges will apply.
NO SHOW
The balance of the whole stay will be charged.
CANCELLATION FOR ROOM BOOKINGS WITH DEPOSIT
Deposit will not be refunded.
